Where Can I Purchase Tickets?
Tickets are for sale at the ticket booth only. We accept Cash, Check, and Card.
Attention Everyone!!
Paying for your purchases at the pit & general admission, & souvenir-
photo booths, we would appreciate cash or check.
Please note when paying by credit card: starting April 15 th ,
Credit card transactions will be charged 3% service fees.
If we need to manually enter your card: 6% service fee.
What Time Do The Races Start And End?
Regular race days (Saturdays) will start at 6:30 sharp and will end no later than 11:00 (curfew by the township)
Is Camping Available?
Camping is generally not available at the track, except for special events, and that is dependent on township approval, however, there are the two campgrounds less than 5 minutes from the track for regular event days.
What Types Of Food Do You Sell At The Track?
We offer a unique food experience! We have a food vendor, Jager's Concessions, selling typical race track fare, hot dogs, burgers, etc. We also have a snack shack that sells drinks, snacks, and candy
What Accommodations Do You Have For Handicap?
We have 10 paved handicap spots available. No accessible seating other than first row.
What Are The Track Seating Options?
Seating is first come, first served.
Should I Bring Anything Specific?
Safety glasses to keep out dirt/dust is recommended.
What Items Are Not Allowed At The Track?
No large coolers, No glass bottles
PETS
1. If you are bringing your dog into the pit area, you must follow the dog rules (copies available at pit booth). The dog must stay on a leash and inside the trailer or hauler.
2. No Dogs allowed in the general grandstand area. Service Dogs allowed, not emotional support dogs.
3. Dogs are allowed in the backstretch area, you must follow the dog rules ( copies available at the general booth). The dog must stay on a leash at all times and with an owner within your parking spot.
4. ANY dog that is aggressive or bites will not be allowed on the property, and you will be asked to take it home.
5. You must clean up after your pet.

Rolling Thunder Weekend is when we will have camping available for that weekend only.
Thunderbird Raceway started out in 1958 as Birchwood Speedway.
Thunderbird is a clay circle1/3 mile track. Car Classes are Super Late Models, Pro Late Models, IMCA Modifieds. Street Stocks, Cyber Stocks , Warriors and Mini Wedges.
The mini wedges are our youth class. They are ages 6-12 years old. They have small karts they race. The mini wedge track is located on the front stretch inside the main track.
Backstretch spots are rented by season, currently full. General passes are required to view the races. You must have permission from the people who have rented the backstretch spots to be there. Spots are 10' foot wide, large enough for one vehicle. Must not overflow into someone else's rented spot.
